Privacy policy
This policy explains how RaxTzu handles personal information on raxtzu.com.
What we collect
- Messages you send us, with your name and email address.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser and pages visited), kept briefly for security.
No tracking cookies and no analytics.
How we use it
To reply to you, run and secure the site, and keep the records the law requires.
Who sees it
Only the providers that host this site and our email, and only to provide that service, or where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Those providers may store data outside Japan and outside Sri Lanka. We choose providers that protect personal information properly, and we tell you which countries are involved if you ask.
How long we keep it
Messages for as long as we work together and for the period tax and accounting law requires after that. Server logs only briefly, for security.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, ask us to stop using it, or ask where it was shared. Write to [email protected]. We reply within 21 days and do not charge for it.
Laws we follow
We handle personal information under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022. If you think we have got something wrong, write to us first. You can also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission of Japan or the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
