Humans read free. Machines pay.

A pay-per-read toll for AI agents. People read for free. Agents and crawlers get an HTTP 402 and pay a USDC nanopayment, which settles directly to the author's own Circle Gateway balance. Naulon never holds, pools or forwards authors' funds.
